Terms of Use

Effective date: August 16, 2026

By downloading or using WearTube, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

Using WearTube

WearTube lets you browse and play publicly available video content. You may use WearTube only for lawful, personal purposes and in accordance with the terms that apply to the content and third-party services you access. You must not misuse, disrupt, reverse engineer, or attempt unauthorized access to WearTube or its supporting services, except where the law expressly permits it.

Third-party content and services

Videos, audio, thumbnails, titles, channel information, comments, and other metadata are supplied by third parties. WearTube uses its supporting backend and third-party catalog and discovery providers to locate metadata and compatible streams. Playback media is requested by the app from the applicable media provider or content-delivery network. Their availability, accuracy, and legality are outside WearTube's control, and their own terms and privacy policies apply.

WearTube does not own third-party content and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or approved by YouTube, Google, or any third-party catalog or media service. YouTube content is subject to the YouTube Terms of Service. Copyrights and trademarks remain with their respective owners.

No downloading or redistribution

WearTube does not provide a feature to save, export, convert, or download streaming media for offline playback. Streaming necessarily involves temporary network transfer and ordinary device or player buffering, but WearTube does not make that transient data available as a user-managed media file. You must not record, copy, redistribute, sell, publicly perform, or otherwise exploit third-party content through WearTube unless the applicable rights holder and law permit it.

Subscriptions

WearTube may offer auto-renewing subscriptions through Apple's App Store. Prices and billing periods are shown before purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled through your Apple account settings. Apple handles billing, cancellation, and refund requests under its applicable policies.

Ownership

WearTube and its original software, design, and branding are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. These terms do not transfer ownership of WearTube or any third-party content to you.

Copyright concerns and takedown requests

If you are a rights holder or authorized representative and believe content accessible through WearTube infringes your rights, email weartubeapp@outlook.com with: (1) your name and authority to act; (2) identification of the protected work; (3) the video, channel, playlist, or other URL or identifier at issue; (4) your contact information; (5) a good-faith statement that the complained-of use is not authorized; and (6) a statement that the information supplied is accurate. WearTube will investigate sufficiently detailed requests and, where technically available, restrict access through the app. Removing content from its original third-party service must be requested from that service or uploader.

Availability and warranties

WearTube is provided "as is" and "as available." Features may change, stop working, or be discontinued, including when a third-party service changes. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties and do not guarantee uninterrupted, secure, or error-free operation.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, WearTube's developer will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the app. Nothing in these terms limits rights or liability that cannot legally be limited.

Suspension or termination

Access may be suspended or terminated if you misuse WearTube, violate these terms, or create risk for the app, its users, or its service providers. You may stop using WearTube at any time.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms when WearTube's features or legal obligations change. Continued use after updated terms take effect means you accept them. Apple's standard EULA also applies where applicable.
